An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it. If something is mispriced or out of stock we will contact you and refund in full rather than quietly substitute.

Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order, except where cash on delivery is offered.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Where a courier delays a parcel we will chase it with you and keep you informed.

Our returns policy is set out on the Shipping & returns page and forms part of these terms. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Keep your login details to yourself. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has used your account.

We stand behind what we sell. We are not liable for indirect losses beyond the value of the order itself.
