Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or a refund — whichever you prefer.
What we need
The item unused and in its original packaging, plus a photo if something arrived damaged. That is it.
How the refund reaches you
Back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of us receiving the return.
What cannot come back
Personalised or perishable items, for obvious reasons — we will always say so on the product page before you buy.
